Meet Our Relocation Team

In 1987, WK Real Estate recognized the value of an independent relocation department. Since its inception, WK Real Estate has served a long list of local and national companies with careful, personal attention to maximize the experience of moving to Boulder County. As we celebrate 27 years of service, our Boulder area Relocation Team is recognized as the local leader in individual and corporate relocation services. In fact, our Team, along with all the WK Real Estate sales associates, was instrumental in achieving the "Crown of Excellence" award for the Leading Real Estate Network of brokers -- a prestigious award given to only seven real estate firms in the nation!

Pam Metzger, CRP, GRP Director of Relocation and Corporate Services

Pam has a diverse educational background with Masters degrees in both engineering and business, including an MBA from the Wharton School, an MS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Her work experience was originally in the aerospace and defense industry, but Pam transitioned to real estate in 2003. Pam’s real estate industry experience includes corporate and individual relocation, referral management, finance and business management, strategic planning and marketing, luxury marketing, business development, and agent recruitment, training and education. Working for small companies has afforded Pam opportunities to be involved in all aspects of residential real estate.

In 2014 Pam was one of 5 new members appointed to a three-year term on the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Advisory Council. The Advisory Council is comprised of top business development and relocation professionals from firms affiliated with the network and works closely with the LeadingRE management team on critical network initiatives. Council members also mentor other network affiliates and serve as ambassadors for the network's extensive programs. They are elected by existing members based on industry experience, reputation and willingness to share ideas in support of the network.

Pam is also pleased to serve on the Board of Directors for the Anchor Center for Blind Children, a not-for profit organization dedicated to providing early intervention/education to blind and visually impaired children throughout the state of Colorado. Anchor's staff of highly trained vision specialists, therapists and teachers strives to foster the full potential of children who are blind by providing exemplary education, therapy and family support services.

A Boulder area resident since 1993 with a family of her own, Pam has acquired vast knowledge of our local communities, schools and area amenities. She has assisted hundreds of individuals and families with their relocations in and out of the area. Suzanne Reynolds, Relocation Coordinator

Suzanne has a long history of helping people relocate, having begun her real estate and relocation career over 20 years ago in Redondo Beach, California. In 2004, an opportunity for a corporate relocation for her family brought her to the Boulder area and provided first-hand experience from the perspective of the customer. Matching customers moving to or from Boulder County with great WK Real Estate agents is something that Suzanne really enjoys.

She also is excited about helping people who have needs in other areas across the country by arranging for assistance from our partner companies in the LeadingRE Network of brokers. Her goal is to support WK's Relocation Department in order to expand our excellent reputation for customer service and develop long-term relationships with individuals and corporations.

Suzanne’s passion for helping people extends to her involvement with non-profit organizations. She lends her organizing talents to various charities by planning events, and she serves on the board of directors of Guided Hope, a guest ranch facility for families.
